Join us Monday, May 18th from 10AM to 5PM, at Sand Creek Country Club. 1001 Sand Creek Drive, Chesterton Indiana 46304. 

The $200 registration fee includes green fee, cart, lunch and dinner. (A $65 dinner only option is also available.)
